Awful experience from LG.com and LX Pantos the delivery partner. Zero communication on delivery. Hours late to deliver. They dented the front freezer panel scratched the fridge panel getting tape off and gouged the fridge compartment where the door meet with a sharp object. Delivery workers told me I had to take the unit after I refused when seeing the damaged. Immediately called LX Pantos who refused to assist. Called LG.com support which was conveniently closed. Talked and chatted to 20+ LG representatives so far and still have no idea if or when my fridge damaged prior to delivery into my home will be replaced. I will NEVER recommend purchasing any product from LG.com. There is ZERO customer support. All I have gotten is run around and Ill likely be out $2600 having to replace this fridge on my own.

Love this fridge...just one pet peeve

I love this refrigerator We upgraded last fall from a regular LG French Door fridge that lasted 11 years that happened to coincide with a whole kitchen reno. Hoping the Studio line gives us at least 15. Yes the handle color is a bit off but it goes well with the antique copper metals we have now. The water dispenser is fantastic The one thing I dont like it that there is a bar on the left door that is designed to open when the fridge is closed but if you open the doors the wrong way I guess? then the bar stays out when the door is open but you cant close it without manually moving the bar to the closed position. Other than that its awesome - so much room and still counter-depth I would buy this again.

Nice Looking Refrigerator

This refrigerator has a large capacity for a counter depth size. The studio look is upscale as expected. The water dispenser inside has worked perfectly from the first day of install. Shelving design is useful though having one additional adjustable shelf with the studio design would be helpful. Temperature seems to be perfect throughput the refrigerator. Wireless design is helpful for insights of use. The only negative is in the design of the leveling legs. There are only two in the front. We have had trouble leveling front to back and a set in the back would have made this much much easier. Overall we are happy with this purchase.

There are issues with odd whining sounds and the dim interior light comes on slowly. LG has assigned an Auth Repair Center to review but they came by once said they needed to consult with LG and never came back or replied to my text.

Very nice looking very spacious good even cooling good features. Works well and Ive had it for about one year. My only complaint is that the water filter makes the water taste worse and everything about the install is proper including the connection hose. I was in touch with LG who sent me two replacement filters but both had the same problem. I use a Brita pitcher or tap water which tastes better. I think Ill try an off-brand water filter next.

Its been almost a month now. Getting comfortable with it but the interior light is a pretty harsh white and comes on slowly when you open the door. Its mostly silent but sometimes makes a whining noise like a missile is coming in.

Ive had the refrigerator less than a week but it is very attractive like a commercial fridge but also pretty square. If you have a small kitchen and had a refrigerator with rounded doors this might feel much bigger. It takes a few minutes to figure out how to arrange your shelves for maximum usage but there is a good amount of space inside. Id prefer more shelve depth instead of the huge buckets on the doors. Some might prefer this but if you dont fill them your items might roll around when you open/close the doors. The one thing that bugs me is the harsh white light inside which takes a few seconds to light up fully. If youre quickly grabbing something inside you may have to wait a second or two for the light to get bright enough meaning youre letting your cold air out. I hope theres a firmware update for this one day. It would also be nice if they included an ice scooper at this price. I heard this model doesnt come with the linear compressor so thats a huge plus for LG. I hope to get many years from this refrigerator.

LG just deleted all of my comments and blocked me on social media because I was leaving honest comments about my experience dealing with LG customer service. I have been lied to repeatedly by LG. I bought a brand new LG refrigerator and it has never worked and it is LEAKING OIL FROM THE COMPRESSOR ONTO MY KITCHEN FLOOR for 13 days now. LG knows this but they will not replace the refrigerator. Instead they are insisting that a THIRD LG repairman comes out and looks at my broken refrigerator. YES A THIRD LG REPAIRMAN.

So far so good. Great ice maker- we love our ice Tons of room in the fudge are and lots of room in the freezer. its just a little bit hard to get organized in this type of freezer but at the end of the day I feel like all my freezers are a mess so thats not a dealbreaker.

After enjoying the new refrigerator for over a week I can say that first impressions are wonderful. The design is sleek and professional. The refrigerator is my fourth LG appliance purchase in the past year and I have been pleased with them all. My only disappointment is service relatedI received marketing for another LG product that I was interested in purchasing. I reached out to customer service to see if they would honor a package deal price since I have purchased over $8k of LG equipment in the past year and was told that it was not available. In todays economy a company that valued their loyal clients would at least have a conversation.
