My wife and I love our new range. One problem that I found as the dishwasheris that I cant clean the back air vents.They get oil splatter from the cooktop and there is no way of removing them for cleaning. This problem needs to be redesigned I have taken a Q-tip and tried to clean between the grates but that is a royal pain.

Overall we love this range. It cooks wonderfully. There are a few minor complaints. One is the writing on the knobs wears off very easily and Ive already had to have them replaced after a couple of months. Even soap and water only for cleaning will wear the writing off. It effects nothing but aesthetically is not great. Replacement process was easy. Second if you wish to keep the griddle plate on the center burner it makes lining pots and pans up over the burner impossible so it must be removed and only on when in use a minor inconvenience. And lastly its a pain to clean and keep clean but as is most stainless. A few minor complaints but overall the unit is awesome.

Weve had this for like two weeks. So the review is kinda premature. Sure its better than our old stove but then again our old stove randomly turned off the oven if you were cooking on the stove top. So nearly anything would have been better. The surface has some texture meaning the stainless isnt polished so when you try to wipe it down with paper towels they shred. Which aint good and why I gave it only four stars. The other reason is that it really should some with some kind of trim package to place between the stove and the counter so that food and whatnot doesnt fall between the stove and the cabinets. For the price that is being charged these days for stoves companies should eat $20 in profit and include some kind of trim package. But its got nice features works well the extra burner in the middle with the cast-iron surface for sandwiches eggs etc. is nice. I dunno. Its a stove.

The bad rating is not for the product since I have not been able to use it after two months of buying it. The bad rating is for their customer service and for the poor training and demands they make of their distributors for not following up on customer complaints and for not taking action on the problems of customers and distributors. The worst after-sales service that can exist. On September 2 I bought 4 LG appliances including the stove. I paid a large amount of money because I wanted the most modern and beautiful for my taste. I paid for the extended warranty thinking it was LGs then through LG customer service I found out it was not with them. The order was delivered to me several days late after calling many times for them to solve it additionally including the installation of the stove which comes from the factory to work with natural gas but includes the conversion kit to propane gas which did not come with the stove and is necessary for me to use it. Here began the ordeal. I called LG and Lowes they passed the responsibility between them until LG sent me the necessary kit and Lowes agreed to do the installation. After many calls and going to the store twice and waiting for more than 3 hours for a response today November 2 and after almost a month of waiting the answer I received is that they do not do that service with the installation that if I want it I must pay $ 268 and wait two more days to make the service request and then notify me when they can do the installation. It is a lack of respect consideration and abuse on the part of Lowes to give me that solution when after almost a month of having to spend money eating on the street 4 people having spoken several times with different departments clearly stating what my need and requirement was having committed to sending a technician to resolve the situation they tell me that the solution costs me $ 268 and they cannot give me a date for a solution. When you think about buying at Lowes please check many times what they offer ask even the most absurd question you can think of review the product specifications in detail yourself do not be guided only by what the salesperson tells you and take into account that the after-sales service is pathetic terrible and unprofessional.

We purchased this unit for our kitchen remodel two years ago. The digital display does not fully display all of the numbers. Just last week we had to have service on it as the temp feature was not working. Only certain numbers would register so I couldnt set the temp to bake. We had an ugly stove for 20 years but it never gave us any issues. Right out of the gate this unit showed defects. We should have called sooner but we had other things going on so could not get fixed under warranty. The repair man that came out to look at the temp settings just had to do a reset but advised the parts are no longer available to replace the digital display and would cost over $500 to fix. We decided to live with the faulty display and use the oven through its life span and at that time we will replace with another brand. We did homework and thought we were making a good choice and expected more for the price.

Bought this on a Black Friday sale. Worked as it should for about 7 or 8 months then started smelling gas slow to heat the oven up then started to get error codes and couldnt bake anything. Customer service seemed easy enough to setup u see warranty but dont expect to get a human on the telephone. Extremely frustrating dealing with the AI customer service

Purchased this appliance almost 4 weeks ago and have used all features except the air-fryer. Im delighted with burner broiler and oven performance. Im even more pleased because I was warned that a stainless steel top was more difficult to clean. So far with minimal effort its been a breeze to keep it clean and shiny with a stainless steel cleaner as suggested in the instructions. Grates have also been easy to wipe down. Only disappointment was the griddle which didnt seem to heat evenly and pancakes were not cooking at the same rate of time. I may have not preheated long enough.

On the 5th month the clock started to act up and got to the point the oven wouldnt work then the digital readout just went blank. After multiple times doing a hard reboot it still doesnt work. The HASSLE it is working through your customer service SUCKS. IM SERIOUSLYconcidering never buying another LG product again

This rating is not fair but I need LGs attention. The User Interface UI in this case the control panel display which is the interface to the user and should be of high quality to provide the user a good experience. Unfortunately on this product the UI is extremely poor due to lack of lighting and visibility of the labels. I dont understand how a technology company can produce such a poor UI. This shouldnt have passed Quality Engineering and should have been rejected by management. I have a product that I need to use a flash light to see the labels every time I need to use it which is multiple times a day causing frustration. LG should fix this issue long term and should provide a stick on mask with bright and clear labels that can be seen without requiring a flash light. Very frustrated and disappointed customer.

This stove was fine but broke after 2 years. The motor apparnetly gave out and the oven will no operate without the fan running. I am so dissapointed. It costs over $400 to get a service call for any issue you must prepay and then you are stuck. Something should not break after two years and I would suggest everyone buy something else and save your money.

I am extremely unhappy. Delivery people connected gas range without converting for liquid propane. Our home was in danger of an explosion. Ordered a replacement. Technician attempted to connect to gas and heard smelled gas. The replacement stove had a factory installed stripped screw and another leak. As of this date I have been without a range for nearly a month with no resolution.

the customer service or should I say LACK of customer service is terrible. I am missing two accessories and I was told they would send them out. Ive checked twice and they are still not delivered. Its been over a month and I have not received them. Also I downloaded the Thinq app and created an account. Am unable to register my gas range for the warranty. I called customer service. Waited over an hour. Then told they cant help me because that department was now closed for the day. They could not do the registration over the phone for me. I have all the info for them. They kept sending me a link to create an account. I already have one. They are useless in helping me correct this problem. They dont seem to listen or understand anything. Its like talking to the wall. They told me they would call me next day. Still waiting. When I try to enter warranty info I get a message that says devices cannot be registered via Thinq. I will NEVER buy a LG appliance again.

I do not write many reviews but I was very disappointed with this range. We have had this range for three years and the problems stated from the beginning. 1. There is no back light on the display so it hard to see the controls 2. The bake igniter went out after a year and was replaced at my expense 3. Now the clock is not showing all of the numbers year 3 4. Oven will not heat unless all the burner are turned on then off againpossible bake igniter again.year3 5. LG offers no help after the warranty period 6. DO NOT BUY THIS RANGE

I didnt realize how much this new oven would improve my cooking It preheats quickly cooks food in less time than my previous oven and I love the air fryer The cobalt blew interior is beautiful and I am very pleased with the number of movable shelves. The oven lights up nicely with taps to the door The stove top burners are powerful. I would say that the only weakness for me is the center oblong burner it occupies space that I would prefer for larger pans on the front two powerful burners.

Seriously what a beautiful stove. I love it so much. I havent had the opportunity to use all of the features but I love how it performs so far with baking on both regular and convection. I think when looking at air frying instructions on packages I feel like you can up the temperature about 25 degrees as its a bigger area inside the oven than the usual air fryers. Speaking of the oven the blue interior of it is really great. It really is a show stopper oven and everyone who sees it it jealous

I love this oven and its features the air fryer is a huge plus along the ease in which you can clean the stove top. The issue that I did have was the igniter went out within the first week of purchase it looked corroded when it was replaced.

Horrible product. Error code f9 like everyone else. Broken igniter who knows 1 month out of warranty so no help from LG.
