Error picking parts of kit and DISRESPECT

Sent us the kit with both Part B tubes and no A part tube that has the required screw attachment to secure in place. Bigger problem is the Overseas customer service deaprtment and chat couldnt help at all. After 3 transfers i got sent to parts department where Michael talked over me and when I kept trying to get his attention became one of the rudest and most disrespectful SOB Ive ever talje to from a company. Great job LGWay to set your bar of standards so high

Forgotten parts

I opened my package to find that they failed to include the most important component the elbow piece. Like they straight up forgot to put it in the box making a kit useless.

It vents out the side just like its supposed to. Whats not to love? Tip: if you order with a new dryer directly from LG make sure the installers know its a side vent installation before they come.

LG charge return fee

LG charged for return fee. I ordered with my LG tower thinking of needing it and as it turned out I dont need to use it and want to return it and before purchasing was told by customer service that I have 14 days to free return the item . I called customer service for more 3 times and has sending back and forth and finally was told to speak to part department and the part department advises that I can return it but I will have to pay my own shipping fee. Thanks LG for being such a great customer service.
