So far it™™s been wonderful having the new birthday gift I purchased for myself. I had nothing but trouble out of the refrigerator I purchased last for the entire 5 years of warranty. Finally when it expired the serviceman was afraid I would turn them in for a very bad experience with their technician. He asked me if I wanted a new one and I was so fed up with them for the five constant years of repairs and bad service that I told them, ™no!™ I used a small apartment size frig for three years. Now finally I have a big cold new refrigerator! So much to be happy about. A true blessing.

There's a lot of room within the refrigerator. Getting a 20 cu.ft. with similar dimensions to a 18 cu. ft. refrigerator was great and made the decision easy. As indicated, it does take about 24 hours before everything stabilizes and cools to the desired temperatures. Other than that, I love it thus far.

This unit has apparently solved the problem of some things freezing in the refrigerator while ice cream gets too soft in the freezer. It's quiet. It looks good. Stuff is the temperature you expect it to be. Solid.Minor nit: the protective film on the front panels gets jammed in the seams and can be really stubborn to get off. I suppose that is better than arriving with scratched up panels, however.

I bought this refrigerator for my garage about 5 years ago and it still works great! Recently my fridge in the kitchen needed to be replaced so I bought this one again. It looks nice, easy to clean and fits in my apartment perfectly. I love the drawer space. A drawer for my veggies, one for fruit and a generous sized drawer for meats and cheeses. I also love the glass shelf in the freezer instead of the usual wire shelf and the dual temperature control is a great feature. It isn't too noisy and the price point is perfect. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

This is a nice frig. Much larger than anticipated, but in a good way! Roomy inside, keeps a nice even temperature (both frig & freezer) when kept on recommended settings. Only complaint is the produce drawers don't close tight, and we haven't been able to figure out how the large drawer fits in the fridge - we just have it sitting on the bottom until we can look it up in the online manual. Also, be certain to physically close the freezer door - it does not close completely on its own. We may need to adjust the feet underneath of the fridge. Otherwise, pleased with this purchase!

You really need to put a light in the freezer. It's very difficult seeing in the freezer especially since this unit is in a dark garage. Charge an extra $5.00 and include a light in the freezer. Had i known this was not included I would not have purchased this model!

So far I've been happy with my new Frigidaire, it took going through 2 other refrigerators in 2 months of a different brand that never cooled to finally get a Frigidaire. It's worked properly from day 1 like it should. I really like that the Deli Drawer is the whole width of the refrigerator unlike the smaller one in the previous 2 I had. The only thing that I'm not as happy with is the smooth look finish to the doors, I thought it was to look like the sides. You have to work at cleaning it looking good. Once you finally got the vacuum sealed plastic wrap off the doors, it was stuck in the seams and you can't get it removed so have tufts of plastic wrap. The blue tape to secure things left a horrible residue on the doors that I can't get removed and was afraid to use anything to remove it and affect the finish. It did arrive from manufacturer warehouse with a dent on the side.
